Accessibility

Last updated: 2 June 2026

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find and book a great place to stay, regardless of ability or how they access the web. We build HotHotels to work with screen readers, keyboard navigation and other assistive technologies, and we treat accessibility as part of building the product, not an afterthought.

Standards we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the international standard for accessible web content. In practice that means semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, clear focus states, descriptive labels and alt text, and interactive elements that work with a keyboard. We test with keyboard navigation and screen readers as we build.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We review new features as we ship them, and a formal independent audit is planned as we grow. We prioritise fixing the barriers our users tell us about.

Get help or give feedback

If you run into an accessibility barrier, or need information from us in a different format, email accessibility@hothotels.co and our team will help. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
