In the heart of the Uco Valley, at the crossroads between Tunuyán, San Carlos and Tupungato, lies Postales Finca y Bodega by DOT Boutique: an estate where the boutique hotel and the winery are situated on the same grounds. Just a stone’s throw from your room, the vineyards, the wine barrels and the story of a family who decided to revive the vines their ancestors planted generations ago await you. On the estate, which covers more than 15 hectares, traditional, original grape varieties are cultivated using 100% organic methods, tending to every cycle of the land as was done in the past. You can add a guided tour, a vertical or terroir tasting, or even a blending session where you design your own blend – all without leaving the estate. During your stay, you’ll enjoy two unique perks: unlimited wine throughout your stay and a bespoke, artisanal à la carte breakfast. We have 12 fully refurbished rooms that retain their traditional adobe architecture and unique character, whilst featuring modern touches to make your stay more comfortable, a swimming pool overlooking the vineyards, and a restaurant where you can enjoy a gastronomic experience without leaving the estate.
