WELCOME TO XIFOUPOLIS HOTEL Welcome to Xifoupolis Hotel, a family-run retreat shaped by the Peloponnesian land and the Aegean Sea. Peaceful, personal, and open from March to October, our hotel is located just a short walk from the coastline of Xifia. Xifia Beach is only 2–5 minutes on foot. All rooms feature sea views and a private balcony or terrace. From the very first moment, we want you to feel genuinely cared for. Breakfast reflects where we come from. We serve regional specialties, with up to 70 percent of ingredients sourced from our own organic farm. Our organic extra-virgin olive oil, olives, eggs, dairy products, and seasonal fruit and vegetables are also available for purchase on site. These are simple, honest products grown with care. The medieval castle of Monemvasia, quiet coastal paths, and traditional tavernas serving seasonal Peloponnesian cuisine are all just minutes away. What defines Xifoupolis is authenticity. Greek hospitality rooted in the land and inspired by the sea. Selected farm products and gift sets are available at reception as practical and meaningful souvenirs.
