The restaurant offers traditional Salento cuisine and local dishes, accompanied by a selection of wines stored in the ancient cellar. The resort features a reception hall for weddings and ceremonies, a conference room for meetings, charming suites, and a spa with sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool with counter-current system, whirlpool, treatment area, and relaxation area. Strategically located between Lecce, Gallipoli, and Otranto, the Sangiorgio Resort is immersed in the Salento countryside, among olive groves and vineyards, and is the ideal choice for those seeking relaxation, exclusive events, and quality stays in Puglia.
