mai Residence sits on the Phratamnak headland, the quiet stretch of green between Pattaya and Jomtien where the traffic thins out and the pace slows down. It's a residence rather than a resort — somewhere to settle in, whether that's for a few nights or a few months. Downstairs you'll find Amai Pancakery, our own café, known for Japanese-style soufflé pancakes made to order and worth the wait. Coffee from the morning, cocktails in the evening, and a place to sit that feels more like a local haunt than a hotel lobby. Rooms are comfortable and uncluttered, with everything you need for a longer stay. Cosy Beach is a short walk, Pattaya Beach and Jomtien are both a few minutes by road, and the Sanctuary of Truth, Bali Hai Pier and Walking Street are all within easy reach when you want the noise. Quiet, well-placed, and with good pancakes downstairs.
