In 1982, it was declared a listed building and was rescued and converted into a hotel with 8 deluxe rooms, just steps from Paseo Montejo and the main tourist attractions of the city and its bars and restaurants. Renovated in 2011, it comprises a total of 8 rooms, including 5 suites and 3 junior suites.
