About the hotel

Dunster is one of Somerset's best kept secrets set between Exmoor National Park and The Bristol Channel. The village skyline is dominated by the castle standing on a hill that rises 85 metres above the sea. The home of the Luttrell family over 600 years it is now a National Trust property. The medieval village is a time capsule waiting to be discovered with many interesting buildings and history on every corner. There is even a steam railway to make sure the 21st century is left well and truly behind. Bristol Airport is approximately 79 km from the hotel. The historical hotel was built in 1400 and offers 25 rooms. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service. There is a bar and a restaurant, and guests will appreciate the conference facilities and room service. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer, and offer a double bed.
