According to the guidelines of Hong Kong's "Product Environmental Responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023", starting from 2024/4/22, Hong Kong hotels will no longer provide free plastic bottles of water, toothbrushes, combs and other disposable plastic products to guests. If you have any questions, Please check the hotel's official website or consult the hotel in advance. Effective January 1, 2025, as stipulated by the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348), room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax. To continuously elevate our guest experience and facilities, please note that the Gymnasium located on 1/F of Madera Residences will be temporarily closed for enhancement works commencing from 25 August 2026. Requests for Jacuzzi in various room types are subject to availability. Children between 0 and 11 years old can stay for free if no extra bed is needed.
