This historic luxury hotel is set right on the shore of the unspoilt glacial Lake Bled in the alpine town of Bled. Originally built in 1854 as a thermal spring retreat, the hotel has since hosted a variety of dignitaries including Madeline Albright and King Hussein of Jordan.
