The spacious living room offers direct access to the pool area and is equipped with satellite TV, a CD/DVD player, and free Wi-Fi. Villas have two or three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms with hairdryers, and most are duplex, with a few single-level options available. All villas include free on-site parking and a safety deposit box. Luggage storage and an information desk are available at the customer office. Departure cleaning is free, with an intermediate cleaning service, including towel and sheet changes, provided for stays of seven nights or more. Playa Dorada beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the center of Playa Blanca is less than 15 minutes away. The stunning Papagayo beaches are a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along the promenade. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge for babies up to two years old (upon request and subject to availability). Families with one or two children aged 3 to 11 can book the two-bedroom villa (for four people) or the three-bedroom villa (children included in occupancy). The customer office is open from 10:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. , and an emergency telephone number is available for urgent situations.
