About the hotel

Nestled atop a hill in the heart of the Chianti region, Fattoria Bacìo offers a tranquil Tuscan escape. Just 35 km from Florence and 6 km from Certaldo, this 19th-century villa and its adjoining farmhouses are lovingly restored and accommodate up to 50 guests. The 340-acre estate boasts olive groves and vineyards, creating a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. A lush park with diverse flora, a mix of lawn and paved areas, invites al fresco dining. The inviting swimming pool (16m x 6. 5m) overlooks the rolling vineyards. While the garden and pool are shared, there are plenty of secluded spots to unwind, including a charming consecrated chapel for quiet reflection. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks through nearby fields, explore local trekking paths, or take horseback riding lessons at the Mugnano riding club just 3 km away. Savor authentic Tuscan cuisine at nearby restaurants.
