About the hotel

Agriturismo Ai Prati welcomes you to a family-run property where hospitality is an integral part of the way we farm and live the land. The estate extends over approximately 9 hectares, offering an authentic countryside experience among the rolling Umbrian meadows. It is designed for those seeking a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature, whether traveling as a couple or with family. Here, wide green spaces and a genuine atmosphere come together to offer a rejuvenating stay—far from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything that matters. Strategically well connected yet naturally secluded, our privileged location just minutes from Perugia and the main road networks makes Agriturismo Ai Prati the perfect base for exploring the beautiful towns of Assisi and Gubbio, as well as the region’s many historic cities, or for enjoying scenic walking and cycling routes. At the same time, we are an ideal choice for business travelers who do not wish to compromise on quality rest. Thanks to our proximity to major transport routes, we offer professionals a refined alternative to traditional city hotels: modern rooms, Wi-Fi connection, private parking with electric vehicle charging, and the peaceful silence of the countryside—turning every business stay into an opportunity to truly recharge.
