This unit also features a wood burning fireplace, new carpeting, new hardwood flooring, beautifully remodeled kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, new kitchen cabinets, large dine-in island, and custom concrete counter tops and sinks. The spiral staircase up to the loft has new wooden steps for easier access and the loft itself has new carpeting and a brand new flat screen TV with built-in DVD player.
