About the hotel

The complex comprises 34 apartments situated in a 13-storey building next to the Town Hall, opposite L’Aigüera Park. They are VERY BRIGHT and feature spacious terraces with beautiful views of the sea, the park or the city, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The location perfectly combines convenience and tranquillity: both the BEACH and the CENTRE of Benidorm are an 8-minute walk away, allowing you to enjoy everything without sacrificing your rest. Furthermore, the building has an outdoor SWIMMING POOL, perfect for relaxing when you don’t feel like going to the beach. For your convenience, there is a supermarket (Mercadona) just a 1-minute walk away and a public car park (Parking L’Aigüera) a 4-minute walk away. And if your stay is longer than a week, we offer a complimentary cleaning service with a change of towels and bed linen, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. All apartments feature a large terrace with views, a living-dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning (heating and cooling), a kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, a fully equipped bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed for two people in the living room.
