About the hotel

Nestled in a tranquil setting, Ta Spitakia is just 700m from the beach and a short 15-minute bike ride from Kos Town. These four newly built, independent houses reside on a private, gated 6, 000 sq m estate, surrounded by lush olive and fruit trees. Inspired by the elegance of simplicity, Ta Spitakia offers a relaxing and peaceful escape near the sea. Each two-story house features modern design elements and natural materials like wood and concrete. The 45 sq m ground floor comprises an open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. An additional bedroom is located in the 20 sq m upstairs attic. Outside, each house boasts a spacious patio shaded by a wooden pergola, perfect for relaxation. The tree-filled grounds provide ample space for sunbathing, play, and enjoying a true vacation experience. We look forward to welcoming you.
