From the double studio to the apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests, this residence is perfect for all your business trips or holidays. For your comfort, we offer à la carte hotel services, such as daily housekeeping or laundry. You are also sure to enjoy eating at this warm, friendly restaurant, where our chef has put together a menu with plenty of southern flavours. Our sweet and savoury buffet breakfast will please all food lovers and offers artisanal jams, hot dishes and local specialities. If you are visiting on a business trip, there is a business corner available for various kinds of event (seminar, meeting) with several meeting rooms and all the necessary equipment. All amenities are nearby: a supermarket, fast food, a pharmacy, a bakery, restaurants, etc. The nearby 26-hectare Parc Montcalm will delight outdoorsy types. Supporters of Montpellier Hérault Rugby (MHR) can reach the Altrad Stadium in just 7 minutes on foot from our aparthotel or rub shoulders with famous rugby players at its brasserie restaurant. The city centre is accessible in just 10 minutes by bus (line 6) or tram (line 2). Make the most of our location to explore the Ecusson, the historic centre characterised by its authentic architecture and narrow medieval streets, and live like the locals with a drink on a terrace on Place de la Comédie. Thanks to our ideal location near the motorway junction, you can reach the Carnon and Palavas-les-Flots beaches in just 20 minutes.
