Both are luxuriously furnished and equipped with kitchenettes and all necessary amenities. Located just 450 meters from Bansko's center and 1. 5 kilometers from the gondola's first station, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the gondola during the winter season, as well as complimentary evening transport to and from the town center. Guests enjoy free access to the spa's ice room, steam bath, sauna, contrast showers, Technogym fitness center, indoor bio pools for children and adults (maintained at 33°C), a Dead Sea salt pool, and a Himalayan salt relaxation room. The salt room offers relaxation and potential therapeutic benefits for respiratory, skin, and mental health. Children are welcome, with bathrobes, slippers, and high-quality bath products provided. A free outdoor playground (open from April to November), a kids' club (ages 3-6), a computer games room (ages 5+), two computer zones with unlimited Wi-Fi, cribs, high chairs, strollers, walkers, and safety plugs (on request) are also available.
