About the hotel

Nestled in a tranquil, green oasis in the heart of Paris, Citadines Austerlitz Paris offers the best of both worlds: a quiet residential setting just minutes from the city's cultural attractions. This 3-star aparthotel, located in a vibrant, traditional district between Place d'Italie and the Seine, is also conveniently close to the Austerlitz train station and the Jardin des Plantes. The residence is well-connected to the metro, with lines 5 (Campo Formio) and 6 (Nationale) within walking distance, providing direct access to Paris's tourist attractions and major train stations. Each of the 50 apartments, spread across 6 floors, features a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, hob), a bathroom (bathtub, hairdryer), a living area with satellite TV, free internet access, telephone, safe, and iron with ironing board. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly for stays of 6 nights or longer. Citadines Austerlitz Paris also offers a business center with free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and on-site parking. The surrounding area boasts a diverse selection of cafes, pubs, and restaurants, and our receptionists are happy to provide recommendations. As part of our Ascott Cares program, we are committed to maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards, as well as safe distancing practices, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both our guests and staff.
