LIFT MAINTENANCE ISSUE **As at 17 September 2026** For the time being, the hotel is operating without guest lifts while technicians are working on a solution. We are currently operating in a limited capacity, with guests required to use stairs to access rooms on level 2 (71 steps). Our team members are available to assist guests with their luggage. We are hopeful that the lift will be operational by mid November 2026. Replacement guest lifts are ordered and installation should commence in November 2026. Further details to be advised when lifts arrive in Adelaide.
