Guests have access to a curated selection of fashion, accessories, and lifestyle items directly within the resort. The retail space at The Palace is open daily from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Guests are accommodated in one of the hotel buildings: The Palace, Arabian Court or The Residence. The Palace, including its pools and restaurants, will be closed for a full renovation from now until December 2027, with all works carried out indoors and no noise or outdoor disruption affecting the rest of the resort. The Residence reopened on 1 September 2026 and is now accepting guests. Accommodation at The Residence is available for guests aged 12 years and above. Some confirmed bookings may be affected during this closure. For these reservations, the hotel offers the following options: - Cancellation without penalty for guests who wish to change their plans. - Rebooking for the fourth quarter of 2026 at the rate available at the time of rebooking. - Alternative accommodation at One & Only Arabian Court, subject to availability, in Deluxe Room, Executive Suite, or Prince Suite categories. Guests who choose accommodation at Arabian Court will receive additional benefits: - Prestige Room bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade to an Arabian Court Suite. - Suite bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade to an Arabian Court Prince Suite. - One complimentary 60-minute spa treatment per stay at One & Only Spa. - Daily afternoon tea at Samovar Lounge. - Complimentary daily access to Drift Beach Club for adults. If a preferred option is not received at least two days prior to arrival, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without charge. The hotel charges a resort fee of AED 20.00 per room for one night, for a two-room — AED 40.00 per day, for a three-room — AED 60.00 per day. The Rooftop Lounge à will be closed from 15/07/2024 until further notice. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. The hotel has been assessed as meeting silver certification (4 years) requirements of the EarthCheck Company Standard v4.1. Accomodation - Vacation Hotel. New Year’s Eve Programme: 07:00 PM – 08:00 PM: Cocktail reception at Celebrities Fountain. Served canapés, including oysters and caviar, with unlimited champagne. 08:00 PM: Doors closing. Start of the Garden Gala Dinner with live entertainment. 08:00 PM – 12:00 AM: Five-course dinner. Menu includes lobster, foie gras, Black Angus Beef Wellington, and dessert. 12:00 AM: Fireworks by the beach. 12:00 AM – 01:00 AM: Afterparty at Resort Garden. Music by live DJ. Half Board guests may choose to enjoy lunch or dinner. Samovar Lounge has been added as a lunch venue option. Drift Beach Dubai is now accessible for guests aged 6+. Effective July 1, 2026, the Arabian Court Pool and Eauzone restaurant will be temporarily closed for maintenance. During this period, guests will have complimentary access to Drift Dubai at no additional charge. Guests will have access to the Drift Dubai pool and beach, changing rooms, and related amenities. Children will have access to a separate pool, play area, and daily supervised KidsOnly activities. The Dift Restaurant will offer French cuisine, some items from the Eauzone menu, and a children's menu. Half Board meals will be available at The Rotisserie, Drift Restaurant, and Samovar Lounge. The remaining restaurants, amenities, and resort services will continue to operate as usual. The maintenance is expected to be completed on July 20, 2026. Information on the reopening of the Arabian Court Pool and Eauzone will be released once the reopening date is confirmed. Breakfast is served as a buffet at Rotisserie, Arabian Court. Drift Restaurant offers a set menu for adults, and children from age six. Half board includes one main meal per day, which can be lunch or dinner. Lunch or dinner is available as a set menu at Eauzone, Arabian Court. Lunch only is available as a set menu at Drift Restaurant for adults and for children aged six and above, and at Samovar Lounge, Arabian Court. Dinner is available as a buffet at Rotisserie, Arabian Court, and as a set menu at Nayara, Arabian Court starting from 15 September 2026. Guests can also dine at partner property One&Only The Palm. Dinner set menus are available at Zest Restaurant. Lunch or dinner set menus are available at Casea starting from the fourth quarter of 2026. Lunch or dinner benefits are provided once per day and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Children under three years dine free. Half board at One&Only Royal Mirage includes unlimited water and carbonated drinks during lunch or dinner starting from 1 September 2026. This benefit does not apply at One&Only The Palm.
