What happens during the free trial?+
You get 5 days free. No membership charge while you're trying it. After that, it's £12/mo + VAT — about £14.40 in the UK. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed.
Can I start another free trial after I cancel?+
No. The introductory period is one per account. If you rejoin, membership is billed from day one at £12/mo + VAT.
When does my travel credit show up?+
After you check out — or 30 days after you book, whichever comes later. Then it's sitting there for your next HotHotels stay.
How much can I save when I book again?+
