Cancellation & refunds
How to cancel, when you get a refund, and what happens for non-refundable rates.
Every room on HotHotels shows its cancellation policy at the time of booking. Policies fall into three categories:
Free cancellation
If your rate plan is labelled "Free cancellation", you can cancel at any time before the deadline shown on your booking and receive a full refund. After the deadline, no refund is issued.
Partial refund
Some rates allow a partial refund if you cancel outside the free window. The amount retained is shown at booking and on your confirmation.
Non-refundable
Non-refundable rates are the lowest price we can offer. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund. Consider travel insurance if your plans might change.
How to cancel
Sign in and go to My bookings, or visit Manage booking with your reference and email. Click "Cancel booking" and confirm. You will see the refund amount before confirming.
