What methods we accept, when we charge, and how to get an invoice.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Some rates are charged at booking; others are charged by the hotel at check-in — your rate plan will say which.
Getting an invoice
From Manage booking, choose "Request invoice" and we will email it to the booking address. Contact support if you need a different name on the invoice.
