Check-in & check-out
Standard times, early check-in, late check-out, and ID requirements.
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Each hotel listing shows its specific times under Policies.
Early / late
You can request early check-in or late check-out via "Special requests" on Manage booking. Availability is at the hotel's discretion and may carry a small fee.
ID
The lead guest must present photo ID at check-in matching the booking name. Passports, national IDs, or driving licences are all accepted.
